Yes And

Yesterday at our Dream Team Leadership Training we heard about going the second mile and being a yes and type leader.

This is Mark Johnson. He picked up a Lifepoint trailer this morning at around 5:30am, unloaded it, starting putting up pipe and drape and then I ask him if he could run home and get his mower because the grass at the school was really high. Mark said yes and I will cut it in the rain. Then he took his mower home, changed shirts and parked cars.
